Capital Increase via Right Shares

For the fiscal year 2082/83, the company aims to increase its paid-up capital to Rs. 500 million (50 Crores). Following the distribution of proposed bonus shares, the paid-up capital will stand at Rs. 181,181,250. To reach the 500 million target, the company will issue Right Shares in a ratio of 1:1.762. As of date, Right Share subscriptions amounting to approximately Rs. 14 Crore have been collected. These resources will be utilized to invest in productive and priority sectors such as Agriculture, Hydropower, Tourism, Hospitality (Hotels), and Industry.

 IPO Plan of Hotel Forest Inn

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Hotel Forest Inn was successfully approved by the Securities Board of Nepal and was previously included in the IPO pipeline. The shares have now been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). This marks a significant milestone in our portfolio, demonstrating our commitment to value creation and successful capital market exits within the fiscal year.

Qualified Institutional Investor (QII)

The company has license from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to act as a Qualified Institutional Investor (QII). This authorization allows the company to participate in the Book Building method for companies going public at an institutional level. Funds Collected from Right shares will be utilized in Investment in Shares of company via book building method. This investment can be converted to public shares after one years.
